とあるので新しいカードにReplaceされるのでは。

先月新しいカードを受け取りましたが、I-90の申請（大人）でバイオメトリクスまでは早かったですけど実際に「カードが発行されたので送ります」のメールが来るまで
１年ぐらいかかりました。カードに載っている顔写真もバイオメトリクスの時撮った新しいものでした。
